团队简介:
团队围绕生物大分子构效与营养品质调控展开研究,重点集中在食品胶体设计、生物活性物质的绿色制备与产品开发、营养靶向设计与健康食品精准制造、药食同源功能食品研发等领域,团队现有教授2名,副教授5名,讲师2名,硕士生40名。目前共主持国家级、省部级及地市级相关科研项目50余项,发表SCI论文90余篇,授权发明专利13项。
