杨洁，女，汉族，中共党员，1991年2月生，山东菏泽人，食品科学与工程副教授。主持各类科研课题共4项，其中国家级1项、省部级1项。在粮油精深加工与综合利用等方面开展了系列研究工作。发表SCI、EI收录论文10余篇。
