


吴昊,女,汉族,中共党员,1981年12月生,黑龙江齐齐哈尔人,永利yl23411集团官网教授。先后主持承担国家重点研发军委专项、国家自然科学基金专项项目等各类课题13项,经费600余万元;以第一或通讯作者发表论文40篇,其中ESI高被引论文3篇;授权国家发明专利5项,转让1项;参编英文著作1部,国家级规划教材2部;获天津市科技进步奖二等奖、青岛市科学技术奖一等奖、津沽农业科技创新成果奖科技进步类最佳成果(一等奖)、山东省研究生优秀科技创新成果奖三等奖、山东省青年教师教学竞赛优秀奖、永利yl23411官网卓越教学奖等。

1.食品智能大分子材料特性研究(主要方向为智能膜保鲜包装材料);
2.果蔬贮藏加工(主要包括果蔬采后生理、营养成分提取及生物活性、果蔬加工副产物的高值化利用等);
3.军用食品研究。
