崔洁芬,女,汉族,中共党员,1992年04月生,山东聊城人,食品科学与工程教授。主持和参加各类科研课题共10余项。在果蔬膳食纤维高值化利用方面开展了系列研究工作。获授权发明专利3件;发表论文30余篇,其中SCI、EI等收录26篇,累计引用1200余次,其中第一作者16篇,>10分论文8篇,ESI 高被引论文1篇。
