慕鸿雁,女,汉族,中国共产党党员,1978年12月生,山东栖霞人,食品科学与工程副教授。主持和参加各类科研课题共17项,其中国家级5项、省部级7项。在农产品精深加工、功能性脂质稳态化技术等方面开展了系列研究工作。获授权发明专利6件、实用新型专利2件;发表论文70余篇,其中SCI、EI等收录17篇,主编、参编著作和教材5部,参编译著1部。
